Living well today may require you to make alterations in your lifetime which you may not have considered in the past. Whatever the challenges involved, however, switching your life could be the most rewarding thing you ever do.

Sometimes the greater the risk you feel you're taking, the greater fear you need to overcome. You cannot allow yourself to become paralyzed with fear once you have identified a training course of change for giving you better life. Sometimes you need to step outside your comfort zone.

� Establish new goals while you successfully complete your previous ones.
By stepping outside your zone of comfort, setting new goals on your own and learning new things, you're building your self-confidence. You'll be surprised by your feelings of accomplishment. Most of all you need to be proud of taking charge of your life and changing it for the better!
